Well done this year gang! They all look great but I think I'm partial to "Spot's Retreat". It's really on next year ... I've already started my house design in AutoCAD :)
Ok, I have to admit that it is incredibly likely that I'm biased in my vote, because I'm such a dog person, but I have to vote for Spot. I especially loved the creativity of the dog bones and the wish list!!!!!
I would have to say that "Spot's Winter Retreat gets my vote this year. So cute!!!
#1 all the way - jay womack

#1 Last Chance Christmas Tree Lot
It's original and creative.
#2 Sugar Shack
What exactly happens inside that shack? It sounds sketchy to me, but it looks delicious.
#9 Spot's Retreat
Aren't these supposed to be edible...by humans?
My vote for the house with no doubt is “Spots Retreat”; there must have been a male involved with this design, no doubt of high intelligence coupled yet with great sensitivity to mankind and to animals; the design portrays great sensitivity; no doubt this artistic impression and creativity was perhaps passed on from the earlier generation of vast knowledge and insight. The green Christmas Tree on the right side of the house gives the sense of hope and life; most likely this came from a background perhaps stemming somewhere on the west coast near beautiful mountain ranges. There is also a spirit of joy in life and musical expression.
No doubt, the tree lot is highly original. #1!!
Sugar Shack!
I have to go for the sugar shack.
And I can't believe it didn't click with me that you have a blog! I mean, I knew, but it hasn't been on my blog feed and I don't know why!!
I hope we get to see you one of these days...

The Last Chance Christmas Tree Lot has my vote!
I'm a dog lover--gotta be Spot's Re-Treat
Cathy Besio said... All three entries are spectacular!!! However... for intricacy of design (love the necco wafer/peppermint tile roof),classic symmetry, varied color and texture, not to mention overall "cuteness"...I vote for
SUGAR SHACK!!!
